I wanted to take the time to really thank you for all of your help.  My family and I greatly appreciate it. I know that it took   time away  from your family, but your dedication reassured me that you were the right  agent for us. Your patience meant the world to me and your perseverance in  finding us the right home has not gone unappreciated. I have a card that I  was going to mail, but it felt too impersonal. I really wanted to share what was in my heart.

You mentioned that your husband said that you shouldn't make friends with  your clients. He is correct, but your personality is what sold me. We have similar personalities which made it easier to form a bond. I was comfortable in trusting you with finding our home.not just a house to live in. Most realtors don't care as long as they get their commission. You went above and beyond to find the perfect match for my family. My husband is extremely
pleased with the house and the area. He can't believe it only took one week  for us to find what we were looking for. We owe that to you.

I enjoyed meeting your husband as he has a wonderful personality as well. You guys are always smiling. I love that. Marine and I loved the restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious. I took some back for my husband and the kids.they ate it all. I will have to come again with the whole family.

We can't wait to move to the area. I will keep in touch with you. I spoke with my husband about purchasing some foreclosures and he liked that idea.  So, we will have to discuss that once we move. I would like to see some of the surrounding areas more before we get into buying foreclosed homes.  Anyway, thanks again and I'll let you know when we are in town. Oh! I forgot. My brother wants to move to the area. He said he would come down to North Carolina with me when we are checking on the house. Maybe he can let you know what he and his wife are looking for and you can get some homes together. I am trying to get you more clients. The lady who keeps my girls said she is looking to move to North Carolina as well. I'll keep my ears opened for more people looking to move to the area. I will definitely pass your information along.
